Right next to the airport express highway, makes the morning trip to the airport much simpler. Many restaurants and other services nearby. A very good choice for getting a good night's rest just before or after a flight. English speaking staff (I overheard some French too), not-excessive prices at the bar.

The hotel should invest a little in maintenance - fix the shower, fix the door, fix the wallpaper. Such maintenance would take just a couple of hours, but would really change the overall experience.

A simple and adequately furnished Hotel rooms with all the basic need for business traveller who never make use of all the unnecessary frills in luxurious hotels.

The pillows seem to be a bit to think, therefore need to use 2 pillows instead of 1 pcs. If hair dryers are installed in the rooms would be perfect.

Perfectly located near the subway and train station, the hotel is a prime location for anyone on a city trip. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well taken care of, ensuring a relaxed stay. Plus, the affordable price made it much easier to stay for longer.

Although most of the staff were very kind, they had difficulty communicating in English which made it difficult to get certain things arranged. Additionally, the rooms were a bit smaller than expected and lacked a fridge. Otherwise, this hotel is an excellent choice for travelers who want a clean and affordable experience in a prime location.

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at in China. We arrived at 10 p.m. and the staff told us we had to go stay at another hotel for one night and then return to their hotel for the remaining 2 nights of our reservation. We refused to do this and then magically there were rooms available. The duty manager took me to view 6 different rooms, obviously they were not overbooked. We checked out after one night!

Convenient - walking distance to China International ExhibitionCentre and it's very near to Airport Express station and Sanyuan train station.

No replacement for the empty body bath wash, noise from outside the window due to some worker doing construction down the road.

This hotel is conveniently located for those travelling by car, with easy access to the airport via express train and close proximity to both subway and convention center. The rooms are well-equipped with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for clothing. Guests can also enjoy the nearby shopping mall and selection of Asian and Chinese restaurants.

The staff can be unhelpful and dismissive towards foreign guests, and some rooms may suffer from issues such as torn towels or broken doors.

Location! Very near to subway station n airport express station. The room is ok despite of buzzing sound of the faulty bulb in the toilet. It was quite smelly in the toilet even though I sprayed air freshener.. And also the Internet in the lobby is very slow. Checked out staff was not pleasant. I will still recommend the hotel to friends due to it's location.

The family room has a very small single bed. And it is unbelievably hard. I woke up with a hurting back.

The Ibis Hotel in Beijing was a great find. It offered excellent value for money, with affordable prices that didn't compromise on quality. The hotel's attention to detail was evident, as everything in the room worked perfectly and it was clean and well-maintained. The staff were professional and provided efficient service, making the check-in and check-out process hassle-free.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

My main reason for choosing this hotel is location.

There is a lack of twin sharing room which make thing difficult if the travelling parties need to share room.

It is right beside from the airport express station and the subway to the city. Hotel staff speak English, so there was no problem in communicating. Internet is free of charge.

Rooms are too small for 3 people with luggage ( as any other Ibis around the world! ), Room rate was a bit more expensive then we expected to pay as showed in the website.

Hotel staff is rude and nobody is able to speak English. When I asked them to book a taxi I was told told to go on the main road and hail it myself. Waitresses snap at customers and there is usually nobody at the cafeteria counter to serve you, you have to wait ages and if the reception guys see you don't even bother to call someone! It took me over 20 minutes to check out and when I asked about their deposit policy none of them was able to utter a word in English! I went to complain at the near Novotel as they belong to the same chain Accor. It's only when some foreign manager from Novotel comes over to Ibis that the staff pretends to do some work. Ibis is completely abandoned to the local inefficient staff!

The position is excellent as it is located very close to the tube station.

The staff is not helpful at all. They are very rude and they do not speak a single word of English. I did not expect this from a hotel of the Accor chain. Ibis hotels are usually meant for businessmen, but this is more a budget hotel with way too many young backpackers around. The standard is not that of other Ibis hotels in the world. I was given torn towels and the a/c did not work in the room. All the contact information provide by Booked.net were wrong!
